如何制作手工装载机门?

Materials:

• 1 piece of plywood (3/4" thick x 24" x 48")
• 2 pieces of dowel rods (1/2" diameter x 12")
• 4 pieces of wood screws
• 2 pieces of wood glue
• 1 piece of felt (1/2" thick)
• 1 piece of Velcro closure
• 1 piece of decorative trim (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cut the plywood into the following pieces:

   • 2 pieces of 24" x 4" rectangles
   • 2 pieces of 12" x 4" rectangles

2. Drill holes in the center of the 24" x 4" rectangles for the dowel rods.

3. Insert the dowel rods into the holes and secure them with wood screws.

4. Attach the dowel rods to the edges of the plywood rectangles using wood screws.

5. Cut the felt to 24" x 48".

6. Center the felt over the dowel rods and secure it with Velcro closure.

7. Attach any desired decorative trim around the edges of the door.

8. Assemble the door by attaching the two pieces of plywood together along the edges.

9. Add any desired hardware, such as handles or knobs.

Tips:

• Use a sturdy plywood that can withstand weight.
• Make sure the dowel rods are the right length to extend above the door frame.
• Use a felt that is the same color as the door for a more seamless look.
• Add a decorative trim to enhance the door's aesthetics.
